The Intersection of Abortion Abolition, Medical Freedom, and the race for NCGOP Chair
Abortion Abolition, Medical Freedom, and Election Integrity are the top three issues that North Carolina delegates will carry with them into the 2025 NCGOP state convention in Greensboro.
The 2025 Resolution to Abolish Abortion has been adopted by delegates of Lee, Burke, Johnston, Craven, Chatham (edited version), Stokes, Cumberland, Guilford, Hoke, Richmond, Durham, Carteret, Wake, Granville, D13, D8, D3, D4, D9, and D6 Conventions.
Abolition has SWEPT the state.
Last year, RNC delegates officially changed the National Republican Party Platform to embrace first and second trimester abortions.
It is more pressing than ever that the NCGOP puts a stake in the ground for righteousness and the Sanctity of human life by doubling down and sending a strong message to our legislators that we will NOT compromise or deviate from Article 4 of the NCGOP Platform which unapologetically protects ALL life from conception until natural death.
While the Resolution to Abolish Abortion passed almost unanimously in District 8 last year, the 2024 D8 convention was held after the deadline for resolutions submissions to the State Resolutions Committee and therefore did not make it into committee for consideration in the State Convention Package.
We attempted to bring Abolition from the floor.
For those of you who attended the 2024 NCGOP State Convention, you know how that ended.
I could never begin to detail all of the encounters North Carolina abolition advocates have had with our legislators…and no—we are not part of the organization known as AbolishNC nor do we collaborate with them—we are simply a large network of grassroots and MAGA Republicans who want to end the national sin of abortion that has cost the lives of 70 plus million unborn Americans.
While Republicans held the NCGA Supermajority, we were repeatedly told that an Abolish Abortion bill could not be taken up because it would cost elections.
Babies must be continuously sacrificed on the altar of political expediency.
Other excuses include (Republican) legislators’ personal disagreement with the Party Platform over exceptions including rape, incest, and the strawman argument “life of mother.”
I am reminded of U.S. Surgeon General, C. Everett Koop’s testimony…
“In my 36 years in pediatric surgery, I’ve never known of one instance where the child had to be aborted to save the mother’s life.”
Koop knew what we all inherently know.
Medical separation is not abortion.
No doctor has to murder a child to save the life of a mother.
Dignified, humane treatment of an unborn child who does not survive a medical separation procedure is NOT abortion.
Republicans allowed the Left to co-opt the language around abortion and in doing so, we lost holy ground and conceded the Justice Mandate of Proverbs 31:8 to “Speak for those who have no voice and to ensure justice for those (literally) being crushed.”
For what other crime is a child executed for the sin of his father?
Allowing this argument to sneak into our discourse has caused us to concede the Rescue Mandate of Proverbs 24:11 in which we are commanded to “Rescue those being led away to slaughter.”
Instead, we have begun to incrementally compromise with those co-opting the language and perpetrating the slaughter.
If the circumstances of our conception determine our value as human beings, then many more people should be eligible for execution than the unborn.
Either ALL human life has inherent value or NO human life has inherent value.
The latest “establishment” objection to the Resolution to Abolish Abortion is HB804.
It is a curious thing now that Republicans no longer hold Supermajority and the Power of the Override—the courage to champion an Abolition bill has been conjured.
Where was this courage last year?
Where was this courage in any previous year in which Republicans held a veto proof Supermajority?
We the Peasants are starting to understand the 3D chess game around Sanctity and Freedom issues.
We understand that Kidwell’s bill will likely be killed before it ever makes it out of Committee, but also used as an excuse to kill or ignore the Resolution to Abolish Abortion with the strawman argument that the NCGA is “already on it.”
Irrespective of the establishment wing pushback, the 2025 Resolution to Abolish Abortion and the Resolution for Medical Freedom and Individual Liberty are a clarion call to NCGOP legislators that we will be heard on these issues.
The 2025 Resolution for Medical Freedom and Individual Liberty (the exact same “Minority Report” resolution that was extracted from the package by a D11 delegate at the 2024 State Convention and killed before it could go to debate or be voted on) has been adopted by delegates in Lee, Burke, Craven, Stokes, Cumberland, Hoke, Union, Guilford, Richmond, Gaston (edited with fatal errors), Granville, Durham, Scotland, D13, D10, D8, D3, and D6 (2025) Conventions.
Medical Freedom has SWEPT the state.
The Covid “Pandemic” of 2020 and beyond unveiled the harsh reality of medical totalitarianism and the convergence of government with private sector– stripping North Carolinians of Civil and Constitutional rights. Never again can we allow forced medical interventions including but not limited to mandatory mask mandates, lockdowns, social distancing mandates, vaccine mandates, temperature checks, medical coercion, or Testing/Tracking/Tracing as conditions upon which we can worship freely, earn a living, send our children to school shop, dine, travel, access medical care, or enjoy the blessings of liberty endowed to us by our Creator–not our government.
There have been absolutely ZERO “post-Pandemic” safeguards put in place to prevent Covid 2.0.
In fact, our Republican Supermajority passed a law that permanently makes masking legal for any self-proclaimed medical reason (no one will explain to this day the impact on violent assault/rape/crimes in which criminals will remain unidentified as long as the legal right to conceal their identity is protected).
“The law allows people to wear medical or surgical-grade masks in public to prevent the spread of illness.”
Aside from emboldening crime, the NCGA Republicans’ adoption of this bill proves their commitment to perpetuate deception.
MASKS DO NOT STOP THE SPREAD OF “RESPIRATORY ILLNESS.”
Not a single study has ever debunked this truth.
2 Citizen Moms was able to arrange a meeting with former Commissioner of Labor, Josh Dobson, in which Stephen Petty personally delivered expert testimony.
Josh Dobson was the ONLY Republican State Council member open to meeting with an expert witness during the entirety of the Covid debacle with the exception of Mark Robinson who agreed to meet with our team and FLCCC founder, Dr. Paul Marik.
Robinson did exactly NOTHING with the facts that were provided to him.
Like nearly all other Republicans who held office during the Covid debacle, shining a light on Truth and using his platform to save lives wasn’t on Mark’s political agenda.
Fauci’s claims including the Mask Myth were the very definition of weaponized, false, manipulated science and data.
It is PAST time for accountability.
Why did the Republican NCGA Supermajority refuse to hold a single Medical Freedom Hearing (2020-2025) inviting experts such as Stephen Petty and/or FLCCC and Frontline Doctors who were willing to come to NC to testify?
Why instead did they codify the lie of the mask YEARS after the manipulated “science” had been debunked?
Why did our Republican Supermajority embolden masked BLM rioters and Pro-Palestine terrorist sympathizers to wreak havoc on our streets while concealing their identities instead of reinstating the pre-Covid anti-mask law that had protected North Carolinians from this type of violent insanity for DECADES.
Why did our Republican Supermajority also pass a law giving the Council of State the authority to perpetuate another Covid Lockdown under State of Emergency instead of affirming our Constitutional Rights to Freedom and body autonomy—killing every single Medical Freedom bill we presented beginning with Larry Pittman’s House Bill 558 back in 2021?
What would motivate them to double down?
Most of my readers can offer the answer to these questions as pfast as they can say Pfizer.
Establishment Republicans do not love freedom.
NCGA Republicans do not love freedom.
The Republican Supermajority codified the lie of the mask and ensured that the suspension of our Civil and Constitutional rights will happen again.
In 2024, under Jason Simmons leadership, the NCGOP not only lost the Republican race for Governor, we lost so many down ballot races that the Council of State is currently split down the middle 5-5.
If Josh Stein declares a new State of Emergency and even ONE Republican on the Council of State is in agreement, our collective freedom will once again be surrendered with the stroke of a pen.
It is only a matter of time.
The crisis is existential.
Our government has proven they will weaponize State of Emergency and Medical Totalitarianism to destroy you, and they will come for your children unless restrained by the force of protective legislation.

Many followers of Christ would rather trust the God of Job 14:5 who says that every day ordained for us is determined before we are ever born and that we can do nothing (including accepting dozens of aborted fetal cell line injections) to exceed the limits God has set for our life span.
We are at an impasse.
North Carolina Republican lawmakers MUST enact laws ending not only the murder of innocent unborn children and the harvesting of their organs and body parts for “medicine and science”, we MUST protect the rights of North Carolinians to make medical decisions for ourselves and our children that align with the Christian conscience and the freedom guaranteed to us by God affirmed by our founders.
We MUST adopt the Resolution to Abolish Abortion and the Resolution for Medical Freedom and Individual Liberty at the 2025 Republican State Convention.4/16/2025

1. If you are a delegate of D14, please be aware that both of the resolutions are currently under consideration by the D14 Executive Committee. Burke County adopted both resolutions at their County Convention but for some reason did not forward to the D14 Resolutions Chair. Gaston County (D14) was the only county in the entire state to KILL the Resolution to Abolish Abortion in violation of our State Platform and edited the Medical Freedom Resolution to include fatal flaws. Please reach out to D14 Executive Committee Members to let them know you support the Burke County versions! Please make plans to attend the D14 Convention on April 26th, and advocate for these resolutions. Go prepared to defend the language and protect them from edits and fatal errors!
2. District 11 Executive Committee has accepted both unedited resolutions and will be presenting them to the delegate body of the D11 Convention. Please make plans to attend the D11 Convention (also on April 26th) and be prepared to defend the language and protect them from edits and fatal errors!
